Stunning post-purchase care
Took a chance on a newer brand — zero regrets. The roots held up through a full week of wear. A follow-up email asked how the unit was holding up — thoughtful.
Five-star social team
The knots was flawless out of the box. They shouted out my review and drove 200 new followers my way. They've earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
Faster than Prime
The ends held up through a full week of wear. I expected a longer wait, but Lyon delivery took 14 days door to door.
Stunning construction
The knots drew compliments everywhere I went. The parting still looks freshly installed a month later.
Perfect post-purchase care
The curl pattern held its pattern after every wash. The only gripe: the cap ran a touch small. Still, they replaced a snagged weft no questions asked, six weeks after delivery.
